In these scenarios, we charge the fee to cover the time it takes to diagnose the hidden issue.
However, if the problem is something visibly clear—like a broken screen, a non-working camera, a battery issue, or even if it’s simply not taking a charge but we can see the cause right away—then we do not charge the diagnostic fee. In other words, if we can spot the issue at a glance, you’ll only pay for the actual repair.
